Thomas grew up on his father's job sites and has spent more than thirty years in high-end custom homes — first learning the trade from Skeet, then spending three decades sharpening it into something unmistakably his own.

What sets him apart is that he never picked a lane. He earned a Finance degree from the University of Colorado and built a career at UBS and Charles Schwab, and the entire time he kept his hands in the work: trim, joinery, and the design problems other builders had already walked away from. That combination is genuinely rare, and it's the whole thesis of this company — someone who reads your budget, your schedule, and your drawings with equal fluency, and who can tell you what is the most value-added decision that optimizes for the outcome you desire, before you make it.

He started Unconstrained because he kept seeing the same gap: capable crews lacking artisan craftsmans, gorgeous plans, and nobody in the middle willing or able to bring the hard part to fruition.

That's the part he likes.

Founder of Skeet Dodder Construction | Concept to Creation Consultant | General Contractor

Skeet is a second-generation builder who started as a laborer on his own father's job sites as a teenager. He framed houses through his high school summers, and before he'd finished college he was running a build outright — superintendent with full charge over a home in a Colorado Springs golf community.

After college he worked as a framing subcontractor, then launched an interior trim business, mastered the art of fine carpentry, and grew that operation to a national level. He earned his General Contractor license in the early '90s and started his own home building company; the first house he built under it was 9,000 square feet in Colorado Springs.

In the decades since, Skeet has built exclusive homes throughout Colorado Springs and the broader Front Range, with the same goal every time: exceptional service and projects for the client.

He's also the reason Unconstrained exists. He taught Thomas this trade starting when Thomas was too small to carry a full sheet of plywood, and he consults on every project we take, from first concept through final walkthrough. When we hit something nobody on the crew has seen before, Skeet has usually seen it.

Project Manager & Engineer | Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFO/COO)

A serial entrepreneur, Brandon started his first company at 18 doing mobile notary loan closings during the early 2000s refinance boom then spent time in high-end kitchens and sliggin' fish as a Whole Foods as a Fish Monger and butcher in training. After his adult arts and crafts time with fish and meat, he was drawn in professionally to a career in an area he was long passionate about, finance/capital markets/wealth management. He started on a trading desk in Denver trading Eurodollar interest rate futures: overseeing five to ten billion dollars of notional volume a month of interest rate futures risk, head-to-head with the largest banks and quant shops on earth, decisions made in fractions of a second. From there he went to Fidelity Investments, where he spent six years in wealth planning and management as a Vice President, grew a book of business from $200 million to $600 million, and finished his last three years in the top 3% of Fidelity's U.S. branches for client satisfaction. Then he made the jump to build his own registered investment advisory (RIA - independent wealth management firm), Advenire Wealth, from nothing — no borrowed/stolen clients, no book handed to him — helping take the firm starting at the beginning of COVID, from $0 to $85 million in four years.

Today he's a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) who has consulted on more than $1 billion in transaction volume, deferring roughly $300 million in taxes for family offices, business owners, private equity and real estate investors. He was first licensed as a Colorado Realtor focusing on luxury real estate since 2004, and still tracks the tax lien and deed markets across Colorado, Texas, and Arizona. Away from the job site, Brandon is a dual-rated fixed-wing and helicopter pilot, a skydiver, a PADI diver, and a mountain biker who is far too comfortable pointing a bike downhill. People assume that means he likes risk. What he actually likes is a checklist — every one of those things is only fun because somebody figured out how to do it safely, then did it the same way every single time. That's the temperament he brings to your project. He has also been a microfinance lender to thousands of developing world through Kiva and Zidisha for over fifteen years, funding entrepreneur's projects & small businesses around the world, and has volunteerd at the Denver and Springs Rescue Missions as part of an effort to serve his Savior, Jesus.

He came to Unconstrained because the Dodders build the way he likes to do everything: obsessively, honestly, and all the way to the end.
